After completing his post graduate studies at the University of KwaZulu Natal, Eugene Dlamini served his articles of clerkship at Bouwer Cardona. He has since become a director of the firm. As an attorney of both the High Court of South Africa as well as Eswatini, Eugene has extensive knowledge of the law. He has a published academic book on the subject of Consumer Law as it is in Eswatini. Eugene's areas of particular focus include: Mining and Energy, Construction, Healthcare Regulation, Procurement, Litigation in the Superior Courts, Competition Law, Consumer Credit Law and Commercial Law. He is an Associate Member of the Association of Arbitrators Southern Africa.
